Loss of appetite

"Healthy appetite not without reason is considered 
a sign of good health, 
however even small physical or emotional problems 
can affect appetite."

since last week i lost my appetite
it so bad to me
as i really enjoying my meal 
i really like food especially food based on rice
but now..i don't have 'nafsu' to any meal
juz take some..very little..
 then leave it
such a waste

i don't even think to keep slim 
or whatsoever
but really food no longer attractive to me

my friends said its good 
as we can maintain slim
but i dont really think so
i need my appetite back..
plzz i don't want to b 'kurus kering'
i want to enjoy every meal i had
sigh again
want to cry.....really want my appetite back..
